Terms and privacy

Rental terms
  1. Charging is billed at $2.99 per 30-minute session, and additional time in 30-minute increments at the same rate.
  2. Payment is due at the start of your session and is processed by Stripe. All sales are final, including for early disconnection or unused time.
  3. You are responsible for your own device while it is connected. Zolt LLC is not liable for damage, loss, theft, or malfunction of your device.
  4. Use only the provided cables and ports. Do not open or tamper with the station. Misuse may end your session without a refund.
  5. Zolt LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including data loss or missed calls and messages.

Privacy policy

When you use a Zolt station, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your payment card details and transaction information (time, date, amount, and session length). We never see or store your full card number. We use this information to take payment, send receipts, provide support, and fix problems. We do not sell your personal information, and we share payment data only with Stripe. To ask what we hold about you or request deletion, email zoltstation@gmail.com or call (312) 445-1156. Stripe's use of your data is covered by its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
